We want to ensure that our clients are knowledgeable about the products that they purchase. Therefore, we have compiled a frequently asked questions list to help out. I Missed A Sale

Please be sure to subscribe to our email newsletter and follow us on social media to receive the latest information on sales, giveaways, classes, and more. Please be advised that there are no rainchecks on any sales.

Processing Times

We pride ourselves on making the best handmade candles from start to finish! Therefore, all orders will have a minimum five day processing time in order to make sure that each hand poured candle meets our quality check. This timeframe does not include the days that we are not open. Please be advised that some orders will be processed faster due to stock and availability while others such as large and specialty orders may take longer.

Delayed Shipping

Most online orders will be ready for shipping within three to five business days and are made to order. At times USPS may be experiencing delays due to increased package volume. To view the current status of your order please refer to the tracking information provided by the carrier. If you see that your package has been significantly delayed (10+ days) please do not hesitate to reach out to us so that we can try and resolve the matter!

Local Pick-Up/Delivery

Most online orders will be ready for delivery within three to five business days and are made to order. This does not include the days that we are not open for business! However, a confirmation email will be sent to you letting you know that your order has been processed. You will then receive another email letting you know that your order is ready for delivery, followed by a text message to the number you have on file. Delivery orders will also receive an email and text, containing the date and an approximate time window of your order delivery. Local pickup is temporarily discontinued at this time!

We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping carriers or product availability. During the holidays and high volume sales please be mindful that processing times may be delayed, as well as product availability.

I Selected The Wrong Transit Option

Local Pickup is a free option that we have for our local customers to avoid shipping cost when wanting the convenience of shopping online. However, customers must choose the option. If a customer accidentally and/or unknowingly selects this option, an invoice for the shipping cost can be sent to the email address on file to be paid so that the order can be shipped to the customer. After 30 days has passed of a pickup order not being picked up a store credit is issued.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept the exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be taken care of at no extra cost to the customer. We strive for great customer service and the ability to help our clientele #LightUpAndRelax. However, we are not liable for client inputting wrong shipping information, ordering wrong item, or mistakes on behalf of the shipping courier. In the event that an error occurs on our end, clients are asked to reach out to Scent-Row within the first seven days of purchase so that a resolution can be quickly executed. To maintain customer satisfaction, EXCHANGES ONLY will occur.

Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship within two to three business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. This does not include the days that we are not open for business! However, a confirmation email will be sent to you letting you know that your order has been processed and shipped. You will also receive a tracking number for your shipment, however, sometimes it may take 48hrs after you receive your confirmation email. If your order is partially in stock, we will ship the in-stock items and send the remaining items once in stock. You will never be charged an extra shipping fee for this.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping carriers or product availability. During the holidays please be mindful that transit times are delayed, as well as product availability.

We do sometimes offer Free Shipping promotions, so signing up for our emails will keep you in the know for these types of offers. You can also check out current offers and promotions.

All items are shipped by USPS within the contiguous United States.

Are Our Candles Safe?

Our candles are safe when used as directed on the label. They undergo extensive quality and safety testing under rigorous burn and use conditions and meet or exceed all applicable industry and government standards for safety and performance. Many factors, beyond the construction of the candle itself, can affect its performance such as room drafts, debris that may have accumulated in the wax’s melt pool, wick length and proper pre-burn trimming. WHAT ARE OUR CANDLES MADE OUT OF?

Our Signature Candles are a parasoy wax blend candle. Although soy is an ingredient, they are not considered soy candles. Please visit our shop.

Community Giveback

We here at Scent-Row give back to our local community both as a company as well as individually. We will have several sales throughout the year where proceeds will benefit at-risk youth, women in safe havens, and socioeconomically disadvantaged families.
